‘Tis the season! Here is a great Christmas classic, “Santa Baby”, first recorded by Eartha Kitt in 1953. Simone Battle performs her rendition with great fidelity to the original; charming, sexy, and sweet. Performances like this tell me she will without a doubt be one of the next big pop stars.
Nas and Busta go in hard on this track. Might I add my little bit as an engineer—Nas’s entrance is the cleanest and most effective I’ve ever heard. The perfect gem to close out The Carter IV.

Yeezy and Hov just dropped their anticipated treatise on the high life with Watch the Throne ( Available at: http://itunes.apple.com/us/artist/kanye-west/id2715720 ). Mr. West has been dropping hits since his debut and continues to deliver on the highest level. He is hear to stay, and our generation should be thankful we will at least have some GOOD music to show our kids. Heard this tune on the radio this morning and immediately put it on full blast, then went home and listened to Watch the Throne again.
